If you have forgot your username or password there are a couple of options available to you below. Failing this please get in contact.
Enter your registered username or email address in the box below as well as the numbers that are displayed further down. An email will be sent to you containing your username plus a reset link. You can only use this if you entered an email address against your account.
You can also reset your password if you know your username/email and can verify one of your Fleet-Up API keys. You must enter your registered username or email address below plus an API key known to your registered account. Manage EVE API keys.
If neither of the above methods work for you then please contact support. You will be asked to supply information such to identify yourself as the account owner.
